欢乐春节·迎龙年：中日青少年写福写龙画龙交流会在东京开幕

香港日报日本支局记者2月11日東京报道 今天是龙年新春的大年初二，春节的第二天，是中国过年传统习俗“回娘家”的吉日。当天下午，在日本东京的中国文化中心，一下子迎来了好多带着孩子回娘家的在日华侨华人家长。旅居日本的海外游子大年初二回到祖国在日本的娘家，成为今天中国文化中心最耀眼的标配。

这还要感谢日中青少年文化艺术交流协会的会长高橋陽子和理事长潘桂芳两位在日侨领，是她(他)们精心策划、组织主办，并在中国文化中心主任罗玉泉的积极支持下，成功实施了这次主旨为“欢乐春节·迎龙年：中日青少年写福写龙画龙交流会”的大型回娘家善举，为在日华侨华人乐享中国年活动锦上添花。

日本时间下午2时30分，“欢乐春节·迎龙年：中日青少年写福写龙画龙交流会”正式拉开序幕。介绍完与会嘉宾后，开幕式伊始，日中青少年文化艺术交流协会会长高橋陽子、中国文化中心主任罗玉泉、日中青少年文化艺术交流协会潘桂芳、日本北城书道会会长井垣清明、东京华侨总会会长陈隆进、日中协会理事长瀬野清水、日中友好协会常务理事永田哲二、日本华人文联主席晋鸥、千代田教育部长井澤直樹等先后致辞(↓依次顺序图示)：

上述致辞嘉宾在致辞中，无一例外都对日中青少年文化艺术交流协会和中国文化中心，以写福写龙画龙的浓浓中国文化年味，携手迎接在日华侨华人家长带着孩子们“回娘家”的活动给与了高度赞誉，并在各自给大家拜年的同时，都衷心祝愿此次活动圆满成功，期待日中青少年以此为契机，在龙年在未来，传承好中日友谊，做发展中日友好关系的接班人。

致辞毕，开幕式进入剪彩环节↑。在欢快的节日乐曲中，在台下大人和孩子的掌声中，在媒体记者的闪光灯中，14位来自中日各界的嘉宾代表上台剪彩，标志着大年初二在中国文化中心隆重举办的“欢乐春节·迎龙年：中日青少年写福写龙画龙交流会”开幕式圆满礼成。

交流会开幕式上还进行了颁发奖状仪式。其中，首先是东京华侨总会会长陈隆进↑，向日中青少年文化艺术交流协会的会长高橋陽子和理事长潘桂芳颁发感谢状，表彰日中青少年文化艺术交流协会为中国甘肃地震灾区捐款所做出的贡献。

随后，日中青少年文化艺术交流协会的会长高橋陽子和理事长潘桂芳，也向日中青少年文化艺术交流协会为中国甘肃地震灾区捐款的会员颁发感谢状。

为了祝贺“欢乐春节·迎龙年：中日青少年写福写龙画龙交流会”的成功举办，主办方还精心准备了精彩的文艺节目献给到场的与会嘉宾，真正体现了活动“欢乐春节·迎龙年”的主旨。节目顺序按出场先后如下图示↓：

演出结束后，感人的一幕出现了。在场的孩子们都被请上台，由主办方代表中国国务院侨办和中国驻日本大使馆，转送给孩子们人手一份来自祖国的“新春暖心包”。

收到“新春暖心包”的孩子们，异口同声地高喊：感谢祖国，感谢国侨办，感谢大使馆，送来新年礼包，送来祖国温暖!

过中国年，孩子们能没有压岁钱吗?孩子们收到“新春暖心包”的感动热潮尚在，日中青少年文化艺术交流协会的会长高橋陽子和理事长潘桂芳，日中青少年文化艺术交流协会后援会会长、旅日侨商刘国利，千代田教育部长井澤直樹，趁热打铁再次上台为孩子们分发过年红包，货真价实的钱↓：

交流会开幕式上，还进行了抽奖活动。奖品除了在日书法家挥毫书写的“福”字和“龙”字，以及其他礼品外，还有来自祖国的央视春晚上发放的大礼包↓：
