全国非遗武术与高校体育社团创新发展学术研讨会在济南召开-香港日报

全国非遗武术与高校体育社团创新发展学术研讨会”于2024年12月7日在济南灵岩寺檀园宾馆举行。

大会由山东大学体育学院教授王飞同志主持，参加大会的有山东大学、山东师范大学、山东第一医科大学等高校的专家学者和山东省内的国家级、省级非遗武术项目保护单位负责人、传承人等60余人。开幕式上王先亮代山东大学致欢迎词，济南市体育局青少处处长杨本升讲到：非遗武术意义深远，要深入挖掘非遗武术中蕴含的非凡价值，积极构建政策领航、赛事搭台、师资赋能、场地强基等一系列措施，加快非遗武术在新时代长征路上的脚步。山东省非遗武术保护协会副会长孙日成在开幕致辞中表示：要开发高校的非遗武术教学体系，共建高校与非遗武术高质量发展。

大会上，山东大学体育学院副院长王先亮作“非遗武术与高校体育社团创新发展”报告，王院长说到：非遗武术应该顺应政策，助推非遗武术进入校园工作的实施。目前非遗武术进校园虽然有政策的支持，但各个方面仍有顾虑导致实施进度缓慢。非遗武术应该从课后延时、课后服务等方面入手，从校园里发扬光大非遗武术。此外，非遗武术应利用ai技术搭建平台使非遗武术更加可视化，加强地方与地方间的交流，为全民健身事业添砖加瓦。

大会进行中，李成银教授作了“我国非物质文化遗产保护与发展工作的回顾与展望”的研究报告，李成银教授讲到：近些年来国家出台了一系列政策，旨在加强非物质文化遗产的保护和传承，习总书记多次强调要保护好、传承好优秀的非物质文化遗产项目。

最后，各代表性传承人就“非遗武术与高校体育社团创新发展工作”发表了自己的看法。八卦掌国家级非遗项目代表性传承人任文柱提到：非遗武术进入校园要搞清楚非遗武术为什么进入校园?学生们需要非遗武术吗?以及武术课程性质是必修还是选修的问题。还要克服武术培养周期长难以短期培养和武术教师的门槛高的困境。鸳鸯螳螂拳国家级代表性传承人孙日成提出：武术课程要善于利用和激发学生们对于武术的需求，如：希望通过非遗武术来了解非遗文化的深刻内涵、通过非遗武术来增进健康。其次，非遗武术课程中要教授学生实用的且易学的动作，让学生学了会用。最后还可以通过办比赛加学分等措施加强学生学习的积极性。孙膑拳国家级代表性传承人刘海港说到：淄博烧烤的火爆告诉我们要积极挖掘大学生对于非遗武术推广的巨大潜力，在学校中要克服学生对于武术没有兴趣的问题，完善非遗武术的教学体系。各位国家级、省级代表性传承人进行了热烈的讨论和自主发言，大会取得了圆满成功。

src=\"http://img.shijieqigong.com/upload/2024/12/08/002.jpg\"></center>\n<p>大会上，山东大学体育学院副院长王先亮作“非遗武术与高校体育社团创新发展”报告，王院长说到：非遗武术应该顺应政策，助推非遗武术进入校园工作的实施。目前非遗武术进校园虽然有政策的支持，但各个方面仍有顾虑导致实施进度缓慢。非遗武术应该从课后延时、课后服务等方面入手，从校园里发扬光大非遗武术。此外，非遗武术应利用ai技术搭建平台使非遗武术更加可视化，加强地方与地方间的交流，为全民健身事业添砖加瓦。</p>\n<center><img src=\"http://img.shijieqigong.com/upload/2024/12/08/003.jpg\"></center>\n<p>大会进行中，李成银教授作了“我国非物质文化遗产保护与发展工作的回顾与展望”的研究报告，李成银教授讲到：近些年来国家出台了一系列政策，旨在加强非物质文化遗产的保护和传承，习总书记多次强调要保护好、传承好优秀的非物质文化遗产项目。</p>\n<center><img src=\"http://img.shijieqigong.com/upload/2024/12/08/004.jpg\"></center>\n<p>最后，各代表性传承人就“非遗武术与高校体育社团创新发展工作”发表了自己的看法。八卦掌国家级非遗项目代表性传承人任文柱提到：非遗武术进入校园要搞清楚非遗武术为什么进入校园?学生们需要非遗武术吗?以及武术课程性质是必修还是选修的问题。还要克服武术培养周期长难以短期培养和武术教师的门槛高的困境。鸳鸯螳螂拳国家级代表性传承人孙日成提出：武术课程要善于利用和激发学生们对于武术的需求，如：希望通过非遗武术来了解非遗文化的深刻内涵、通过非遗武术来增进健康。其次，非遗武术课程中要教授学生实用的且易学的动作，让学生学了会用。最后还可以通过办比赛加学分等措施加强学生学习的积极性。孙膑拳国家级代表性传承人刘海港说到：淄博烧烤的火爆告诉我们要积极挖掘大学生对于非遗武术推广的巨大潜力，在学校中要克服学生对于武术没有兴趣的问题，完善非遗武术的教学体系。各位国家级、省级代表性传承人进行了热烈的讨论和自主发言，大会取得了圆满成功。</p>\n<center><img
